As an Intern in the Customer Health Assurance (CHA) Team, you’ll work at the intersection of customer health, operations, and data analysis, helping drive ServiceNow’s mission to ensure customer value realisation and long-term retention. You’ll support the EMEA Customer Health Geo Lead and regional Major Area Leaders with operational, analytical, and project management activities that keep the business running smoothly.

Be the focal point of contact & coordination for customer programs & events with Product Excellence, including customer onboarding/closed loop tracking for customer programs. Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of products and services. Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals. Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.

The Inbound Product Manager will define the strategy and integrated roadmap for infusing GenAI into Impact’s Value Management capabilities. Responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership to define the strategic direction for the product area and translating it into actionable product plans; engaging cross-functionally with research, design, engineering, and other internal teams to align goals, manage dependencies, and drive execution; and creating feature plans for each release, including acceptance criteria and use cases.
